More Figure Class
I kept focusing too much on line and ended up not getting to the value... let me know what you think of the proportions if you'd like...
I got a little shading in... still had a lot to go though. The back might look a bit strange...
This guy again.. haha. Still had/has quite a ways to go...
This one has more values on the body than the others... I definatly had to work faster...

More Observational Color
This was a still life that we had to put together. We also had to make a character out of magazine cut outs and draw it out to add to our painting. We also had to have a color scheme and pay close attention to colored lighting.
An outdoor still life. I started in Acrylics, but decided to change to Caran Dache Crayons.
We had to do an outdoor setting using the same character from the other piece. We were supposed to use color to be able to understand what's going on. We looked at what colors stand for...
A study on how color is reflected onto objects.
This was such an annoying project! We had to punch holes in magazines and collect colors, then use the little circles we punched out to make this. Talk about time consuming.

More High School Work
This first one is a still life done in oil pastelsThis one is a mixed media piece. The umbrella and clothing are done in colored tissue paper and the hair is made out of construction paper. I also used paint, marker, chalk pastel, and colored pencil. Plus there are spaghetti noodles in the umbrella XD
This piece looked cooler in my mind haha. Its done in charcoal. Dont ask me whats up with his mouth... and proportions... haha.

High School Work
Yup, I've decided to start with some of my high school work. Just to let you all know a little about how I became interested in art, It started as a kid when I was in love with cartoons. I wanted to make my own cartoon! From there I started drawing on my own and improving little by little. I never made anything official until high school when I started taking drawing classes. There I began experimenting with other materials (not too many), but I definitely learned a few things.Chalk Pastels- Still life... obviously.. lol.
Colored Pencil- My teacher put a skeleton up in the room and we chose what part we wanted to draw... I thought the ribs would be interesting.
Mixed media- This was originally a stamp project. We made stamps and tah dah! From there I started messing with other materials and just having fun. =)
Sorry they came out sideways!
New On Here
Hello everyone. Well, I was looking around on people's facebook pages and I noticed that a lot of them have a website. I thought it was a real cool idea and so now I've finally decided to make one myself! yaaaay! I hope this turns out good. =)
